Account Registration
Eligibility and age requirements
- Minimum age: You may only open an Account if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal gambling age in your province or territory of residence and play (which is 19 years in several Canadian provinces, including Ontario, British Columbia, and others). You must not use the Website if you are under the applicable legal age.
- Location restrictions: Real-money play is only permitted while you are physically located in a jurisdiction where our offering is lawful. Ontario Players must use the regulated Ontario site operated under AGCO/iGO oversight; RoC Players access the MGA-licensed service. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other location-spoofing technologies to circumvent geographic controls is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds where permitted by law.
- One account per person: You may maintain only one Account with the Operator. Multiple, shared, or third-party accounts are not permitted.
Registration process and KYC verification
- Account creation: To register, you must complete the online form on mummysgold-win.com, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email, and any other requested details. You may be asked to verify your email by clicking an activation link.
- KYC documents: Before deposits, withdrawals, or certain gameplay thresholds, the Operator may require you to submit documents such as:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or provincial ID card)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter)
- Proof of ownership of payment methods and, where required, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documentation
- Verification checks: The Operator may use third-party databases and credit-reference or identity-verification providers to confirm your identity, age, and location, in line with Canadian and Maltese regulatory standards and, for Ontario Players, AGCO/iGO rules.
User obligations and account security
- Accuracy of information: You warrant that all information supplied during registration and throughout your relationship with the Operator is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly update your details if they change. Providing false or misleading information may lead to suspension or closure of your Account and, where permitted by law, forfeiture of funds.
- Confidentiality of credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials. Any activity carried out under your credentials will be deemed to have been performed by you unless you have previously notified us of suspected unauthorized access and we have acknowledged such notice.
- Account misuse: You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. You must not attempt to access another player's Account, use bots or automated systems, or engage in fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
- Responsible gambling: You agree to use the Website for entertainment purposes only and to wager only amounts you can afford to lose. The Website provides responsible gambling tools; Ontario Players additionally have access to iGO/AGCO-mandated protections, including provincial self-exclusion programs.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing bets and game participation
- Game rules: Each Game available via mummysgold-win.com is governed by its specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) information. These rules form part of these Terms. In the event of an inconsistency, the specific Game rules will generally prevail, subject to mandatory laws.
- Minimum and maximum wagers: Each Game has defined minimum and maximum bet limits displayed in the Game interface. You may not place a wager outside these limits. The Operator may adjust limits at any time for risk-management or regulatory reasons.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted when it is processed by our servers and reflected in your Account and the Game interface. Once accepted, a Bet normally cannot be cancelled or modified by you.
- Pending and incomplete rounds: If a Game round remains incomplete due to disconnection or technical issues, the outcome will be determined by the game system according to the underlying random number generator (RNG) or live-dealer result. The final result recorded on the Operator's systems will be deemed conclusive, subject to error-correction provisions.
Live casino, chats, and player conduct
- Code of conduct: You must behave respectfully towards other players and staff in any live-dealer environment, chat function, or communication channel. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or hateful language or content
- Threats, intimidation, or incitement to violence
- Sharing personal information of others without consent
- Promoting illegal activity, other gambling sites, or third-party services
- Fair play: You must not engage in collusion, use unauthorized software, exploit bugs, or manipulate Games in any way. Any such behavior may result in voided Bets, seizure of funds where allowed by law, and closure of your Account.
- Recording and streaming: You may not record, distribute, or publicly stream live-dealer content or other gameplay without the Operator's prior written consent.
Errors, malfunctions, and voiding of bets
- Obvious errors: If a Bet or Game is affected by an obvious error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, paytables, or misconfigured Game settings, the Operator reserves the right to void affected Bets and correct Account balances to the state prior to the error, in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance.
- Technical malfunctions: In the event of a system malfunction or RNG failure, all affected Bets and Game rounds may be voided and stakes refunded, or resolved in another fair manner consistent with regulatory expectations and, where applicable, eCOGRA standards.
- Operator's records: The Operator's transaction logs and server records, as independently tested and certified (including by eCOGRA in 2024 and subsequent audits), shall be the final authority in determining the outcome of any dispute regarding Bets or gameplay, unless proven to be erroneous.
Bonus Terms
Bonus activation and wagering requirements
- Offer-specific rules: Each Bonus or promotion advertised on mummysgold-win.com, including any promotion described on the Mummys Gold page, is governed by its own specific terms and conditions. These include eligibility criteria, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, maximum bet per spin/hand, and expiry periods, all of which you must read and accept before participating.
- Wagering (playthrough): Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable real-money funds. For example, a 35x wagering requirement means you must wager 35 times the Bonus amount (and, where applicable, the deposit) within the stated timeframe. Different Games may contribute differently (or not at all) towards wagering.
- Time limits: Bonuses typically expire if wagering requirements are not met within a specified period (for example, 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting). Expiry periods will be clearly indicated in the relevant promotion. Upon expiry, unused Bonus funds and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited actions and game restrictions
- Restricted games: Certain Games may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may contribute at a reduced percentage (for example, most table games and some low-volatility slots). A list of restricted or partially contributing Games will be set out in each promotion's terms.
- Irregular play: The following practices may be deemed abusive or "irregular play" and may lead to cancellation of the Bonus and associated winnings:
- Placing single wagers that are disproportionately large relative to the Bonus amount or wagering requirement
- Using betting strategies intended to reduce risk significantly while clearing wagering (for example, betting on both red and black in roulette)
- Delaying game rounds or accumulating feature wins using real-money play and switching to Bonus play to complete the feature
- One promotion at a time: Unless expressly permitted, you may not combine multiple active Bonuses. Bonuses cannot usually be stacked; the activation of a new Bonus may result in the forfeiture of an existing one if not yet completed.
Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund of bonuses
- Voluntary cancellation: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus at any time. If you do so, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it may be removed from your Account, while your remaining real-money balance will normally be preserved.
- Bonus abuse: If the Operator reasonably concludes that you have breached Bonus rules or engaged in Bonus abuse, it may cancel the Bonus, void associated winnings, and, where legally permitted, restrict future participation in promotions.
- Refunds: Bonuses themselves are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable. In exceptional circumstances (such as clear technical errors in Bonus crediting), the Operator may, at its discretion and in consultation with regulators where required, adjust or reverse Bonus transactions to correct the error.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: The Website may support a range of deposit methods for Canadian players, including credit and debit cards, Interac and other bank transfer services, selected e-wallets, and, where lawfully available and clearly indicated, certain cryptocurrency options. Available methods can vary by province and by whether you are an Ontario Player or RoC Player.
- Ownership of funds: You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name. Using third-party cards or accounts is prohibited.
- Deposit limits: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, or over other time periods. You may also set your own voluntary limits as part of responsible gambling tools.
- Fees and processing: The Operator does not typically charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose charges or currency-conversion costs. Deposits are credited once confirmed by the payment provider, but delays beyond the Operator's control may occur.
Withdrawals
- Verification before payout: For anti-money-laundering and regulatory compliance, the Operator may require full KYC verification and additional checks prior to processing withdrawals, especially where cumulative withdrawals or activity thresholds are reached.
- Withdrawal methods and limits: Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be made via the same method used for deposits, subject to technical and regulatory constraints. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply, and will be displayed in the cashier section.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within a few business days), but this may be extended by verification checks, banking schedules, or public holidays. Once processed, the time for funds to reach you depends on your chosen method and financial institution.
- Pending withdrawals: In some cases, you may be able to cancel a pending withdrawal before it is processed, returning the amount to your Account balance for wagering. Ontario Players may be subject to stricter withdrawal rules in line with AGCO/iGO standards.
Refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments
- Deposits and chargebacks: You must not request a chargeback or reversal of a valid deposit. Where a chargeback occurs, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, void winnings, and recover any amounts owed, including by offsetting against Account balances, to the extent permitted by law.
- Refund of bets: If a Game or Bet is voided due to technical error, malfunction, or regulatory requirement, the stake will ordinarily be refunded to your Account or the Bet will be re-played, in line with applicable rules.
- Bonus funds: Bonus funds are not refundable as cash. If a Bonus is granted in error, the Operator may remove it and adjust your balance accordingly, ensuring you are not unfairly disadvantaged.
Limitation of Liability
Operator obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator is committed to ensuring that Games are fair, that random number generators (RNGs) are independently tested, and that payout percentages are monitored, including through recognized bodies such as eCOGRA. The MGA licence (MGA/B2C/145/2007) and Ontario regulatory approvals require ongoing compliance and auditing.
- Accuracy of results: The Operator takes reasonable steps to ensure that Game outcomes, Account balances, and transaction histories are recorded accurately and are accessible to you through the Website.
- Security: The Operator uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data and funds, including encryption and segregated accounts, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
Exclusions and limitations
- No guarantee of uninterrupted access: The Website and Games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, and will not be liable for failures or delays caused by network issues, third-party providers, or events beyond its reasonable control.
- Indirect losses: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.
- Cap on liability: Where the Operator is found liable to you in relation to a specific Bet or Game, its total liability will be limited, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to the amount of the stake placed on that Bet or Game, or the amount of funds in dispute, whichever is lower.
- Mandatory rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory laws of your province or territory of residence, including applicable consumer-protection legislation.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of content and software
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website mummysgold-win.com, including but not limited to trademarks (such as the Mummys Gold name and logos as used on the Website), domain names, software, source code, graphics, text, audio, video, and other content, are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
- Limited licence: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Games for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
Restrictions on use
- No unauthorized copying: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website, Games, or underlying software, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law.
- No reverse engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software used in connection with the Website, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Third-party content: Some content and Games are provided by third-party suppliers whose intellectual property rights must also be respected. Any unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy policy: The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information when you use mummysgold-win.com (including the Mummys Gold page) are governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
- Applicable standards: The Operator processes personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, which may include the laws of Malta, the European Union (including the GDPR), and relevant Canadian privacy legislation such as the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as applicable to your location.
- International transfers: Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside Canada, including in Malta and other jurisdictions. Appropriate safeguards are implemented where required by law.
Changes to Terms
Updates and notification
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, technical or security requirements, or business operations.
- Notice of changes: Material changes will ordinarily be communicated through one or more of the following: a notice on the Website (e.g., banner or pop-up), an in-account message, and/or email to the address registered to your Account. The updated Terms will indicate the effective date.
Acceptance of updated terms
- Continued use: By continuing to access or use the Website after the effective date of updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
- Right to discontinue: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Website, close your Account (subject to withdrawal of any real-money balance), and, for Ontario Players, follow any additional account-closure procedures required under AGCO/iGO rules.
Termination & Suspension
Grounds for suspension or closure
- By the Operator: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, in whole or in part, where it reasonably believes that:
- You have breached these Terms or any Game-specific or Bonus rules
- You are underage or have failed age/identity verification
- You have engaged in fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct
- You have used VPNs or similar tools to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions (e.g., Ontario Players accessing the MGA global offering via VPN)
- Required by law, regulatory authority, or court order
- By you: You may close your Account at any time by following the procedures on the Website or contacting customer support. Ontario Players may be required to follow additional steps defined by iGaming Ontario.
Consequences of termination
- Funds on account: Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to ongoing investigations or legal holds) will be returned to you using an appropriate payment method, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements may be forfeited.
- Ongoing investigations: If your Account is under investigation for suspected breach of these Terms, fraud, or regulatory non-compliance, withdrawals may be delayed and your Account may remain suspended until the investigation is complete. Where permitted by law and required by regulators, funds may be frozen or forfeited.
- Data retention: The Operator may retain records of your Account and transactions for periods required by anti-money-laundering, tax, and gaming regulations, even after termination.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable law
- RoC Players: For Users accessing the MGA-licensed global offering while physically located in Canada outside Ontario, these Terms and your relationship with the Operator are primarily governed by the laws of Malta, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or gambling laws of your province or territory of residence.
- Ontario Players: For Users accessing the regulated Ontario offering, these Terms operate alongside the AGCO/iGO rules and applicable laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada. In case of conflict, mandatory Ontario laws and regulatory requirements will prevail.

- Escalation for RoC Players: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an internal complaint related to the MGA-licensed offering, you may be entitled to escalate the matter to an independent dispute resolution body or to the Malta Gaming Authority, in accordance with the procedures outlined on the Website.
- Escalation for Ontario Players: Ontario Players may have access to dispute-resolution mechanisms specified by iGaming Ontario or other provincial authorities. Details are provided on the relevant Ontario page of the service.
- Courts and arbitration: Subject to the foregoing and any mandatory rights you may have under local law, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Malta (for RoC Players) or the appropriate courts of Ontario (for Ontario Players).
